The 8'6" Torq TET Longboard in Classic Blue Pattern combines easy paddling and stable longboard glide with a length that remains manageable and responsive.
Its full outline, medium entry rocker and 67.2 liters of volume help the board enter waves early and carry speed through smaller or softer sections. The slightly pulled squash tail adds release and control, allowing the board to turn more easily than its generous volume might suggest.
At 8'6", this model fills the space between a compact performance longboard and a traditional 9-foot board. It offers more glide and stability than the 8'0" model while remaining easier to carry, store and maneuver than a full-size longboard. This balance makes it a practical choice for developing surfers and experienced riders looking for a durable, high-wave-count board.
The Futures-compatible 2+1 configuration provides dependable hold and directional control with a center fin and side bites. Fin selection can be adjusted to emphasize more responsive turns or smoother, more traditional longboard trim.
